Our Servicing Process
The bracelet is detached, and then the movement is removed from the casing while it is still attached with its hands and dials. They are now separated into three parts, the bracelet, the case, and the movement. Each piece is serviced individually and then assembled at the end of the service.
The movement part is wholly dismantled to its constituent parts, and a careful examination is done on each element one by one and compared to Rolex requirements. The defective ones are replaced, while those that conform to Rolex requirements are retained.
To remove dust particles and impurities, all the not rejected parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.
The replaced components are cleaned parts, and all the other elements forming the movement are dried and then assembled. The rotating parts are lubricated to reduce friction. The accuracy adjustment is then made following the Rolex precision criteria.
Polishing case and the bracelet, replacing gasket in the tube and on the case back.
